| Brek Manufacturing Company Announces Appointment of Marwan Hammouri as Chief Executive Officer |

Brek Manufacturing Company (Brek), a manufacturer
of machined parts and sub-assemblies for the aerospace industry, announced today that
Marwan Hammouri has been appointed Chief Executive Officer effective June 11, 2013.
He replaces Jon Stannard who has left to pursue other opportunities.
Mr. Hammouri joins from Triumph Structures – Wichita Inc., where he served as
President for the past 13 years. He brings more than 20 years of successful
manufacturing executive experience with an emphasis on business growth and
profitability through efficient operation. Mr. Hammouri’s professional experience spans
the management of all technical aspects of manufacturing operations including
estimating, engineering, manufacturing, and quality, as well as sales and finance.
Mr. Hammouri graduated from Yarmouk University in Jordan with a BS in Mechanical
Engineering and has a Masters in Engineering Management Science from Wichita State
University.

Corporation on March 5, 1970. Brek’s 140,000 square foot facility is located in Gardena,
California. Brek specializes in the manufacture of complex structural aircraft parts.
Brek’s product line consists of complex contoured surface parts that are common to the
mold line of modern day aircraft. Production is accomplished through the utilization of
computer controlled 5 Axis machines. The programming is developed utilizing our in
house NCL programming system. Brek’s products are currently in service on a wide
variety of commercial, strategic and tactical military aircraft. Brek also has assembly
capabilities and a Supply Chain Management Team that offers a network of facilities and
